ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. if the child is teething then that is the reason. of not then it can be due to stress. make sure you depend maximum time with the child during the day

please consult your pediatrician
and investigate if she doesnr have any deficiency
give her supplements as suggested by your doctor
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears
