hi my baby is 2 yr 8 m old ...his weight and hight is very low...what I do ..pls suggest

See without a proper physical assessment is difficult to figure out why it is low so best is to have an assessment with your doctor in detail to know and understand what the problem is and accordingly they will be able to give you proper guidance and assistance on the situation situation
