Hi my baby is 2. years 4 months old and his weight is more than 20 kg ,while he does not eat much and neither fast food nor chocolate. And he is very active too. I am little bit worry about his weight. please suggest me what should I do.

Ur Child is approximately 8 to 9 KG overweight as of now I think you desperately need to work upon something first of all you please get a thyroid test done for your child has since you mentioned that your child is not eating anything wrong I’m not eating much also still the wait
