#AskTheExpert Hello Sir, My daughter is 20 months old and her weight is 10 kg and I exactly remember her weight is 10 kg when she was 11 month old. Neither it increases nor decreases. Kindly suggest me how increase her weight.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom kids by almost 1 year of age they almost triple their birth weight and then it takes about 5 years to almost double it up.
As per his age now the child need to be given usual foods that are made at home for the family , avoid any specialised baby foods now .
