hi my baby is 2 year and 7 month old .he is having cold from last 20-25days.last month he cried whole night and he was complaining about tooth pain..as I am a dentist..I didn't notice any dental problem..Doc plz tell what could be the reason for pain..there is no swelling in that area

in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.z
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
