Hi, my baby is 1yrs 7month old and she got diarrhea and vomiting past 2 days she is not having food she only having ors and breastfeeding. Kindly help me with what I have to do ... given medicine also

ORS and your feed , though gradually keep her on fluids and mild flavoured semi solids and soft consistency foods.
You can offer her coconut water , fresh fruit juices or fruits as well , vegetable soups , kichcidi , Upma , idli , dalia etc
