hi my baby is 1year 4 months whenever I try to teach about body parts he is getting irritates infact I teach him how to bye but he is not doing it and teach him how speak but doesn't do that he just use few word sometime mum nana abba most the time he is doing a e o .. infact didn't start walk please help him I am very worried about him. is it very serious issues
