DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 19 months old and he is having coughs and runny nose so chest congestion as well so give him proper antibiotic and syrup Ascoril Ls 3 ml three times a day and steam inhalation too
