hi my baby is 19 mnth old he heamoglobin is 8.5 doctor gave him iron supplement which foods should I give him to increase his hb

A. you should give food which is rich in iron like green vegetables papaya jaggery beetroot further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . A. Hello dear parent, you must give your baby green leafy vegetables to eat. As green leafy are rich source of iron. Also give pomegranates and beetroot. As they are also very good resource of iron and help in increasing hb levels. Good luck and take care
