Hi ! my baby is 19 days old.. but he's not able to take the breast feed n also my milk is producing less please suggest something

yes ,it is ok for initial days that a child find difficulty to latch well
but please try different feeding positions.
ask help from your family member to help you while feeding your child
make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which definitely help to encourage your child to take more feeds.
