Hi my baby is 18 months old she is having hair fall, can she has this rash as well on her elbow and on her leg I’m worried

Hair fall is not a healthy sign in this state so definitely consult your doctor and for rash I would currently advise you to apply calamine lotion which would be a great option for you to use for the skin of the child and check with the doctor for hair fall and supplements to start with
