Q.
Hi, My baby is 18+ months but she doesnot speak anything.. she makes sounds n babble letters like त द प.. she is afraid of random people and cries whenevr sees any stranger coming to her.. she plays with her cousin brother.. she understand few things like she do bye clap tell hair nose eyes etc when asked..says sorry when asked to do.. she doesnot respond to her name ... she afraid from all new things.. all this is okie? or this is autism ?
