Q.

hi my baby is 17 months old and he used to watch cartoons more from 8 th month and it became even more during pandemic and he suddenly stopped responding when we call. so we stopped screen time completly and not even giving him phone. will this sudden stopping of screen time does any harm to the kid as he was enjoying it a lot and we suddenly stop it.though he is not asking for cartoons as he cant speak....am scared about how he is feeling inside....and will that cause any problem.

A. hello dear yes you are absolutely right the situation you are describing here is almost the same with every baby e these days so definitely this is not a good idea to stop all the things suddenly you can do it gradually by decreasing the time and introducing some new interesting things meanwhile to the baby of his choice like some toys
