Hi.. my baby is 16 months old.. he constantly wakes up after 1 or 2 hrs at the whole night.. for the feeding.. he slept on 9 pm then wake up at 11 for feeding then at 12 or 1 for feeding.. then at 3 or 4 am then 5:00 am .. my question is .. how and when he slept for 5 to 6 hrs continuously..

A. Hello mom now that the toddler is old enough you can give him top feed preferably cows milk or any animal or plant source milk. You can also try to give a filling dinner and milk at bed time and that should be helpful
