Hi my baby is 12 months old in the morning I found these red patches over his cheek and eye area and his eye area is ichy he's putting his fingers there again n again I dont know whether its ant 🐜bite or mosquito bite plz suggest some remedy as his eye area is little bit swelled

A. looking like allergy to fleas bite. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
