Hi my baby is 11 months old now .. I am breast feeding .. can I drink cumin water daily for weight loss ? Does it affect my breast milk supply ?

A. yes can drink it for weight loss. .forwwight loss diet modification along with physical exersise is imp.. avoid taking junk, fried n sugary food . drink lots of water.
