Hi, My baby is 11 months old. He is having a crack on his leg thumb. It is little deep. Is there any remedy for this. Please see the picture attached

T-BACT OINTMENT is indicated for the topical treatment of primary and secondary bacterial skin infections as follows: Primary Skin Infections: Impetigo, folliculitis, furunculosis and ecthyma. Secondary Infections: Infected dermatosis e.g., infected eczema.
