Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as your child is 11 months old and has milk allergy ,you can give nuts,ragi ,dates , jeggary etc as they are good source of calcium. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
