Hi! My baby is 11 months old. He is alergic to all milk products what can I give him as sunstitute

as your child is 11 months old and has milk allergy ,you can give nuts,ragi ,dates , jeggary etc as they are good source of calcium.
provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
