Q.

Hi, my baby is 11+ months now and was lactose intolerant, currently on BM & solids when can I add regular dairy products in his diet? Also is giving Cerelac necessary or home cooked rice, lentils,. Vegetables & fruits better? I haven't given him lactogen or any other supplements till now. Is it necessary???

A. Hello dear parent, you can give formula milk like Simi lac, Nan pro, lactogen, decolac etc. They are all well,known brands for baby products. Also.for supplements up can give iron, calcium or vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
