Hi, My baby is 10months old. He is spitting more after eating anything in more quantity . This is happening from 3 days. what could be the reason. And his teething also started. Please answer this question and suggest something

Look check the gums of your child maybe your child is having its teeth now which is why due to irritation and itching in the gums your child is behaving like this and that’s a normal thing to be seen if you see swelling or hardness in that area that means that that’s the only reason
