hi my baby is 10 months old now, when will add the salt in food, please suggest me?

A. You can add little salt and sugar in foods to add flavour and around 10 months you can introduce solids to the baby and finger foods to develop habit of chewing

A. Babies aged between 6 months to 1 year should be given no more than 1 gram of salt per day, which contains 0.4 grams of sodium.
