Q.
hi, my baby is 10 months old. he is having fever and cough from last night. i have given solvom cold last night. but temperature keeps remaining. can i give parecetomol syrup also 2 ml 3 times a day with 2.5 ml of solvom cold 2 times a day?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. yes you can give paracetamol and continue all the medicines and meet your doctor after 3 days if it is not improving
kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only two months of age if the baby is having both fever and cold there is no problem in using paracetamol also for a day or two if there is no relief please consult a doctor
