Hi my baby is 1 month old & she had 1st month vaccine & her temperature was 100.4/5 like is that common on vaccine

Your child is having fever which is common after vaccination so you can give proper medication to the child any good paracetamol as suggested by the doctor which is what is going to be good to be used currently and you can repeat it after six hours again if needed
