Hi... my baby is 1.5yrs old and she is having a fever today fr morning..it's 100.6 degrees..I have put her paracetamol drops 0.75ml...is it ok to wait for na hour or go to doctor right now..pls help?

A. you can observe for a. day if the problem persists consult your doctor for examination and medication give tepid water sponging maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
