After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy.
Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis.
Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

Yes Yes you can give a mix of two things to the child on regular basis it’s not an issue but why do you have to give it in the pure form you should give a rough rules to the child or otherwise you make a smoothie out of it that would be a better choice to go for because it’s going to be much more
