Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. The pimples could be either allergic or infective. Are those heat rashes on the face or pimples? It is better to consult a doctor for proper examination so that proper diagnosis and subsequent treatment can be started at the earliest. Use a mild soap to wash baby's soap. Avoid using lotions or creams on the face for the time being. Check Babyhug Daily Rich Moisturising Milky Soap : It is dermatologically tested and paediatrician approved. It has power of naturals - milk protein which conditions and strengthens and makes baby's skin healthy and glowing, wheat germ oil which is rich in Vitamin E and loaded with healthy antioxidants, glycerin which moisturises and keeps baby's skin soft and smooth. It has skin friendly pH. It is mild and gentle. It is free from harmful chemicals.
