Q.

Hi my baby has completed 7months and is weight is 7.2 something he has learnt to crawl but sitting independently has not been achieved yet.. he sits laying on one side and when I make him sit he holds his neck a little down is it quite normal?

A. most babies can sit without support after around 6 months and move into a sitting position after about 9 months. However, each baby is different, and some may take less or more time to sit up by themselves.
