Hi my baby has completed 6months what semi solid food we can give like in fruits vegetables or any other Puree? can we give in breakfast like apple Puree in lunch khichdi also wanna know what is diet chart to be follow in a day please suggest ?

A. for a 6month old give one meal a day rest breasr feeding on demand, Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya . ok

A. hi, i started with offering dal khichdi which has watery consistency. i also kept trying other food items like daal ka paani, mashed banana, and oats

A. Hello dear parent! Start with one new food at a time in a day. You can start giving new foods in small quantities preferably in the mornings for better digestion. Try giving foods like daal or chaaval paani, apple purée, ragi, mashed bananas, homemade cerelac and so on. Continue with breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
