hi,my baby has an extra fold on one of his leg back side under his hips which is visible when he is sitting but not when he is standing,but hips line seems equal. can that be a problem or hip dysplasia or something

Author of questionMom of a 6 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. I got is checked by orthopedic physically ,but he said it looks fine from above,is it safe to get an x-ray,is x-ray harmful for 2 year old specially for the pelvis region

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. need to be evaluated . Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
