hi. My baby had fever since 3 days and we used eu do col liquid little excess while cleaning her body with cloth. Due to excess , she got red colour rashes whole body.Suggest something to reduce it

Hello ma’am It is always said that you should never overdo Anything neither the supplements online only you have used in excess manner that’s definitely not good so it would be better for you to see your doctor for a lotion or something to settle these rashes down
