hi my baby got viral fever 3 days back, cold and cough, , fever is gone now, but she is lethargic, not eating food properly, always drowsiness, please help me what can be done

A. Loss of appetite will be their during fever. it's important to give plenty of fluids.. Serve up her favorites food..be respectful of your baby's likes and dislikes when illness makes her appetite iffy. If your baby doesn't want to eat, period, don't force it. And once they recover from their illness, their appetites usually recover too .
