Q.

Hi.. my baby girl is six month old now.. I’m not sure how to start solids and what quantity is preferable. I want a food chart.. can you help me out.

A. As your baby has completed 6 months you can start with Semi solid diet which is very light and easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge mashed potatoes mashed fruits you can give three or four meals to the child in a day start with a small quantity and gradually increase it as what the demand of the baby
