hi my baby girl is one year one month old baby can eat one egg white daily and avacado fruit juice also cn give her and now what and all she can eat and drink till now we not giving dairy milk to drink bcs of phlegm

A. now can start cow milk.. no worries. You can give your baby the entire egg (yolk and white). As long as your child is not having any problem, an egg daily shouldn't be a problem. Give in the form of Boiled, scrambled, fried or in an omelette. make sure to cook well.
