hi, my baby getting small pimples, is it allergy or what. she is 9 months old.

its better to post your question again with attached picture of your child or consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

You may use the Cetaphil (baby calamine lotion) over the affected area
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Keep.her at well ventilated or conditioned place
Give her nutritious diet including probiotics and seasonal fruits
