hi my baby boy who is 15 months old. he is having fever since last few days and also not eating up properly and vomiting at times so pls let me know what must be the reason and what must be given to him in this regards pls help

A. it is advisable to meet your doctor and get a medical examination done which will tell which type of disease in less the child is suffering from and for fever you can continue to give paracetamol and body sponge
