Example - dry fruit ladoo, mango lassi, paneer sandwich, dal soup etc. Don't force feed him. Make his food look interesting by adding colorful fruits and vegetables, cut them into fun shapes.
PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...Lots of kids do that and it's a phase generally which passes soon...always give variety of foods to kids so that they don't lose in interest in the meals...give kids friendly meals in attractive plates with fav cartoon character on it...give finger foods so they eat on their own...keep trying make meal time interesting by rewarding if they finish the food on plate...give coconut water/ Ajwain water soup for appetite...do tbworry otherwise give hunger medicine which ur doctor can prescribe
