Hi, my baby boy is one year old now. when he was on 9th month he got UTI ( fever and fits). doctors are recommended to do DMSA. This test is really required ? because again doctors are telling to do surgery to remove the skin on pennies. after removing of the skin only they are telling to do DMSA. all there are required at this age? kindly suggest

A. Don’t worry it is not a big surgery so nothing to worry and if still the problem is there so you need to consult your Paediatrician surgeon and discuss about it
