Q.
Hi .. my baby boy is going to turn 6 months old in 1 week ..can I add a pinch of salt to his food ? Is that anyway harmful?

In starting, you should avoid adding sugar and salt and babies food because it is very easy for babies to accept the natural taste of food. While your babies grows and turns 7 to 8 months old, then you can start adding a little amount of salt and sugar in babies food till the avoid.
