hi my baby boy is 48 days old and his birth weight was 2.75kg but now his weight is 2.5kg I'm worried about his weight... why is he not gaining weight... can I use simyl MCT oil for babies as one of my friend suggested???

A. Use oil for ? You mean for internally or externally?

A. Hello mom please do not worry and get tensed the baby looses weight after delivery and then on they start gaining weight and monthly weight gain will vary between 300 GMs to 1 kg on a monthly bases.
