A. If your 2-year-old baby’s eyes remain watery frequently, it could be due to blocked tear ducts, allergies, eye infections, or irritation. You can gently massage the area near the inner corner of his eyes to help open any blocked tear ducts. Keep his eyes clean by wiping with a soft, damp cotton cloth. If there is redness, swelling, pus, or frequent rubbing, consult a pediatrician or an eye specialist to rule out infections or allergies. Avoid exposure to dust and smoke, and ensure he does not rub his eyes excessively.
