Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mommy itvmay be due to viral cold . Oral rehydration solution should be started at once in both condition to prevent from any sort of dehydration and lethargy . Other safe medicine like zinc drop and pre or probiotics can be given .
