Hi, my baby boy is 1 month old and he is getting red pimple sort of things on his face starting it was just on his cheeks now it's on his complete face and slowly it started popping up on his head and neck area aswell. please suggest me what to do to prevent them.

I Feel your child has got some kind of an allergy which is why this is happening would like to tell you an allergy only spreads that fast so it would be better that you please consult your paediatrician ones or a dermatologist ones get a check properly and then go ahead with any kind of cream or anything else
