Hi my baby boy birth weight was 2.65 kg and now he is 4 months 10 days old his weight 5.6 kg he is exclusively breast feeding . His weight is normal r I should consult doctor may I know please

A. On average, your baby has been gaining roughly 680 grams per month. For an exclusively breastfed baby, a gain of 600 -800 grams per month in the first few months is considered very good.

A. Which child has almost gained 3 kg in this much amount of time which is very good as must tell you that the expectation of the weight gain every month is about 500 g and your child is getting better than that so this is a very healthy and good for you
