Hi my baby 4month 13days old weight 6kg can I start some solid is that OK or not because sometime he's crying for poor milk supply so, and what I start food first

The reason I'm saying this is that they can't digest solids; their digestive system is still immature and cannot cope with solid food. You can start giving him formula with warm water by skipping one of your feeds and increasing it weekly, it would be sufficient for a 4-month-old baby.
