U You consult a child specialist because mostly by the age of 14 to 15 months kids can work independently and now since you are saying that your child is not even standing with support or walking then I think it is better to get it checked to have a clarity over it the doctor can only tell you that what kind of procedure do you need to follow to help your child to walk properly
