hi my baby 10 month completed , we lives in mumbaj but presently we r spending holidays in pune.. from past 5 days ...from 2 days my babyis having motion 3-4 times a day. he is active but from evng he is lightly dull and sleepy is this normal or any other issue

A. baby is having infection Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
