hi my 7 months old twins girl baby is getting small water filled rashes on there private part we r not using diaper more and maintaining hygienic.they r urinating more .

A. good morning I would recommended also to start using proper medication for the child if despite not using the diaper the child is having problem then it is something which should be examined
