Hi my 7 months baby boy has fallen from the bed he was crying for 5 mins after soothing him he slept now.. whether I should be too much worried or should I see a doctor..I have checked his head it's not swollen..plz guide

No projectile vomiting
No fit
No altered sensorium
No scalp bleeding, swelling
Then no need to worry
Just observe ur baby for atleast 48 hrs
If any of above signs
Then visit ur nearest pediatrician immediately

check properly whether there is any cut or swelling you can rub ice cube on swelling, apply boro plus or boro line on the cut..
if the baby is uncomfortable then consult the doctor..
