Hi, My 7 month old baby has diaper rash, have been applying Chicco rash cream but it is still there, it's been three days. Can you please suggest what else can be done??

Siloderm cream is used for the treatment of nappy rash, cracked feet, bedsores, rashes from detergent, etc. It contains dimethicone (also called polydimethylsiloxane), cetrimide, calamine and zinc oxide.
