Q.
hi my 4 year old baby puts more pressure while passing motion, but he passes soft n sticky motion, not hard stool, some time he ll do motion in very small quantity thrice or more than that please suggest me the reason for that and remedy for that....

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food hahus been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
